Competitor Waiver

Version crucible-waiver-v2-2026-07-14. This waiver is accepted for each event entry; creating an account does not accept it. A registration's accepted version and a hash of this text are stored against that registration so later edits never change what an existing competitor agreed to.

    I understand that grappling, striking, wrestling and combat-sport competition carry inherent risk of injury, including serious injury.

    I confirm I am medically fit to compete, will follow the rules and referee instructions, and accept that Crucible staff may stop my participation for safety.

    I accept responsibility for truthful registration details, weight/category selection, and insurance or medical clearance where required.

  4. 4

    If the competitor is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must consent and accepts these terms on the competitor's behalf.
